Flow & Let Go
Flow & Let Go helps cultivate breath awareness, explore both challenging and relaxing yoga postures, and practice mindfulness as a way to relieve stress in the short and long term. We will connect mudra, meditation, and movement to deepen our practice, build strength in the physical body, and nourish our nervous system. The first portion of Flow & Let Go focuses on centering meditation and breathwork followed by a flowing vinyasa to lift the spirit, open, and warm the body. It culminates in a restful portion with restorative postures to allow the body to fully relax and mind to settle. This class is designed for practitioners of all levels.
