Gentle Yoga for Balance

From our earliest years, we begin the journey of finding our balance, first sitting, then standing, and finally while in motion walking and running. As adults, we experience that with practice and determination, our brain and body discover how to find balance. As we age, exercising our body and brain to maintain balance becomes even more important. In this Gentle Yoga class, practitioners will be lead through sequences that help maintain and improve balance.
