Kettlebell Flow

In this class, kettlebell workouts will be paired with yoga flows in a circuit training-style class to build strength, flexibility, and mobility. Moving with the breath, you will work to maintain your focus as you move through different planes of motion. For this class, you will need one kettlebell that you can lift over your head ten consecutive times. All are welcome; no prior yoga or kettlebell experience is required.
