In this season of giving, give yourself the gift of awareness and a better relationship with yourself through meditation and yoga. If you have struggled or wondered whether you are doing meditation "right" or simply don't think you can, join us and learn the about the different ways to practice mindfulness and meditate. There are many, so we can help you find one that works for you. We will move with active yoga flows to prepare the body for meditation (as in ancient times), then explore various forms of meditation: including moving meditation, seated meditation, guided meditation and more! Every participant will receive Reiki and a gift to support your meditation practice.
You may purchase seasonal produce from the farm if available. Bring cash or a check made out to Blueberry Gardens.
We will meet at Blueberry Gardens in Ashton, MD, to practice yoga, explore mediation and yoga and receive reiki in the light filled and beautiful Octagon Room.
