Ultra Gentle Yoga

In Ultra Gentle Yoga, those new to yoga or recovering from injury, or who like an individualized approach explore how props can help you safely practice poses while building strength, balance and flexibility. The experienced practitioner can explore more difficult postures with support. Props in this class go beyond the usual blocks, blankets, and straps to incorporate bolsters, chairs and the wall to help you deepen and find more freedom in your practice, explore alignment, and build confidence in how to enhance your practice for your body.
